Hi,
I’m building my first VAWT now and have hit a problem. What alternator to use? I’ve got no money to spend on a decent one, so I’ve been looking around for old machines which have stepper motors or alternators and solenoids.
What can you recommend? My project is small, so something which works on a low rpm would be ideal.
